Delivery Information

Delivery times:

When you place an order on our store, it is shipped within 24/48 hours by our teams.

It is important to note that shipping refers to your items leaving our suppliers' warehouses and being handed over to the carrier, not the delivery itself, which can take between 7 to 14 business days.

If you are not in Europe, allow a few extra days before receiving your item.

Even if 95% of our parcels are delivered within 10 days, delivery can take up to 3 to 5 weeks in cases of force majeure (exceptional events, stock shortages (due to the popularity of some of our products), weather conditions...).

Important clarifications:

When you place an order containing different products, it is possible that several of our suppliers may be involved. In addition, and to avoid high delivery costs due to excessive delivery weight, different items from the same order may be sent separately.

It is therefore perfectly normal for you to receive your items individually and at different times.
